Going Vegan to help with fertility

Jennifer

Hey Everyone! So, about 3 weeks ago I switched to a vegetarian diet. Mostly because I hated the idea of eating meat bc of the moral aspect of it. I've also read or heard how it can help improve chances of becoming pregnant. I don't know if I suffer from PCOS yet but I'm going to discuss that with my doctor on Friday. Currently, I am on my second day of being vegan. I've cut out all dairy and egg products as well. I've noticed that I feel better being just vegetarian so I'm eager to see how being vegan makes me feel and excited to find new ways to get all of my nutrients. Thankfully I love fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and grains already so it's really about education and figuring out what works best! I am curious though how many of you have thought about this or have done it and seen positive results? Pregnant, ttc, or not I just want to my best self and feel as healthy as I can. Would love to hear some stories from you all! TIA!
