NEED SOMEONES ADVICE.

Okay so I usually have regular periods, I took birth control consistently for about 3 years and stopped after my doctors gave me a 3 month supply of birth control & it backed me up and after that I refused to take birth control ever again. The reason for me being on birth control was because I got an ovary removed 5 years ago because of an ovarian cysts & it helped with cramping but anywho, like I said my periods have always been regular. This month my period was 2 days early & lasted 3 days later than usual here's a picture down below. so yesterday the 26th I went to the bathroom and guess fucking what!?? I'm spotting, like a brownish color of blood & im just like wtf like can I stop bleeding & enjoy my life so I can free ball? I'm not really cramping but it's just a little discomfort, me & my boyfriend don't use protection but out of 4 years we honestly never have & i kindve put it in the back of my head that maybe I can't have kids or it's not meant to be right now & ive also been stressed but Lmao I'm always stressed out and this has never happened. im just wondering if anyone may know what's going on with me so I can calm down my anxiety because I can't wait until this doctors appointment to at least have an idea of what's going on.
