Being a stay at home mom.. good or no?

My husband makes more than enough for my to stay home. I’m 20, we have 2 kids. We are trying for another. Recently I started thinking, is being a stay at home mom good? Will it hurt me later in life? I’ve never had a job, got married at 17. (Well had a job in high school but only for a few months)

Will people look at me less if when I’m 30 and have never had a job besides a mom? Will I regret it? Or is staying home with the kids more important?

I really need advice here. I always had dreams of being in the FBI but it’s not realistic with a family, I’d have to leave too much. I want to start my own business one day, but again, that’s going to take years and years to save up for. What if when I’m 30 we get divorced and I’ve never had a job? How will I get hired someone good?

I’m just stuck. My husband says he supports me no matter what but would it be worth getting a job and having to put them in daycare? Hubby works out of state so they wouldn’t really be with either of us. Ugh.
