I did and then I switched to a cup and didn't have to empty it for 4-6 hours on my heavier days and a full 12+ on other days. Pregnant now, so don't have to worry about it for a little while lol.

I can't wear tampons on my heaviest days...I had to use the extra heavy flow always with wings...and even that had to be changed about every 45 mins to an hr....so yes...I understand the heavy flow problem.

When I first got my paragard, I'd bleed through an ultra tampon combined with a maxi pad in 2 hours...not conducive for a preschool teachers aide 😂. Luckily now I only bleed through the ultra tampon in 2-3 hours lol
