Getting pregnant with PCOS after miscarriage

Samantha • Wed, Sep 27 • IVF warrior! Infertility for 5 years. 1 miscarriage 8/15/17. 1 embryo that didn’t take 12/17. Last 2 embryos went in and pregnant with Di/Di twins!!!! Rainbow babies due 8/19.

How fast/hard was it to get a period or get pregnant again right after a miscarriage. I miscarried 8/17. Got a period I think right after on 8/21. Have not gotten a period again and tested negative on 9/20.
