My 11.5 month old :(

So my 11.5 month old son hasn't started crawling or taking steps. He just wiggles to get places so his pediatrician recommend PT. He's been doing PT for a month now and he's been getting stronger each week so he can crawl but then today his PT asked if he says any words because they are supposed to say at least 3 words by the time they are 1 and he only babbles. She told me to ask his pediatrician because he might need speech therapy too :(

I feel like a failure :( I thought I was doing everything right :(
