This helped my morning sickness!

Hi ladies!
​went up the hospital the other night with back pain when I was up there I mentioned to the guynacologist dr that I saw that I'm getting a lot of nausea and sickness. 
​She recommended a couple of things
​1) Ginger or ginger biscuits
​2) Eating little meals every 2 hours
​3) Leaving a can of coke go flat!
​With number 3 I asked a bit more on this; I don't know if any of you ladies have been avoiding caffeine but I have. I hear it can be bad within the first few weeks of pregnancy. What the dr said to me was that if you leave the can of coke go flat something in the chemicals changes and it becomes amazing for nausea and sickness! I asked if she thought the caffeine would be dangerous and she said aslong as your not drinking accessive amounts of it then it will be fine!
​So I tried it. I got a can of coke and left it go flat and it has actually worked! It's completely got rid of my nausea and sickness! I thought I would share this because I know many women struggle with nausea and sickness throughout pregnancy and I didn't know this trick but I'm glad I know it now! :)
