Endo pain while pregnant?

I've had a fairly regular cycle since I was off the depot luperon shot last September and each time I get the same symptoms starting a week or more before my period my endometriosis flairs up and I get sharp pains. I feel like every time this happens I instantly know that I'm not pregnant even before AF shows up. Has anyone still had endometriosis symptoms and still found out they are pregnant or have symptoms through early pregnancy??
