15 and pregnant and so happy!

I turned 15 on September 1 and I can't wait to meet my little one in October. I am no longer in contact with the dad and my parents are not really supporting me but I still have my grandparents doing their best to help. does anyone have any tips for a first time mom? any will help! thank you all so much!
