Is this a good travel system?

A relative of mine has it and is not a fan - she said it feels rickety and unstable and the wheels get stuck sometimes.

This is the one I got but I have yet to use it seeing as I'm still coming. I will however say that I love the design and how modular it is. It's also very easy to fold up and store. I can't wait to push baby around the mall as I do my Xmas shopping! I think she will be very comfy.

I really wanted this and read tons of reviews that complained about the wheels... they get stuck and are very cheap
