Super Proud of the Dishes I Made for Our Potluck Last Weekend!

It was a fall-themed party! I made roasted root vegetables (butternut squash, baby red potatoes, and onions), and a pasty pie with a fall leaf crust! (For those of you who don't hail from Michigan or aren't familiar with the pasty, it's basically a meat and potato pie with carrots and rutabaga. Normally they're made into individual hand pies, but I wanted to try something different, so I made an actual pie!) All of the food we brought got eaten up quick, and much to my husband's disappointment, we had no leftovers! I've never fancied myself much of a cook, but I was so proud of how these dishes came out that I kinda wanted to show em off!
