Some women who have PCOS don't have much trouble getting pregnant. For others, it's very problematic. Just depends on you and your cycle.

You can get pregnant, but for some women it's harder to get pregnant because women with PCOS often have problems with getting cysts on ovaries, hormone issues, having irregular periods and ovulation etc. But keep strong and hopeful! Many women with PCOS get pregnant even naturally, and some need medicine/ treatment to get pregnant. My main advice is if you want to improve your chances of pregnancy (even if it's for the future and not now) is to try your best to get to and stay at a healthy weight. From personal experience this has helped to make my periods more regular. All the best!
