TTC baby #4

Hi ladies this is my first post and looking for some help.. I'm new to this app so bare with me.. so I took my paragard out from having it for 2 1/2 years on September 7th AF was due on the 27th according to this app... I took like 7 pregnancy test over the past two weeks and all have been negative and I've been having mild cramping for the last 2 weeks. Then sharp pains on my left side as well. AF symptoms but no AF. What do you ladies think? Is my body just confused from after removing paragard?
