Lost 4lb in 2 days
I'm 5'3 and I weighed 12st 4lb I started a protein meal replacement diet a 3 days ago where you have 2 protein shakes a day and one meal and some snacks I've tried to stay strict with it but I do give in when it's time to make the kids dinner I sometimes would have a baby portion literally a tiny bowl to taste but other then that I stick to the diet. I do a 30 min workout crunches squats using my kids as weights I start off with my 1 1/2 year old on my shoulders then my 4 year old it's burns so bad their heavy. And I do all the other exercises as well and some cardio. While doing this I wear a back support which is the same material as a sweat belt during exercise and a couple hour during the day when I take it off its dripping in sweat. Last night I weighed and measured myself:
Ribs: 84cm
Middle waist( belly button):91cm
Lower waist (love handles):98.5cm
Hips:108cm
Weight:12st 4lb
This morning I woke up and weighed 12st2lb
After a workout and a shake for breakfast:
Ribs: 82cm
Middle: 85cm
Lower waist:95cm
Hips 108cm
I'm so happy at the progress and feeling very motivated by how much I've lost already. I'll post pictures and what protein etc I'm using in the comments.
