Vitex brand?

I've been looking into vitex to help me ovulate, and I've heard great things. Which brand do y'all recommend? Any other ovulation tips? Thanks ladies ❤️🙏🏻

I'm using the Gaia brand, this is my first month. I have found Gaia to be most effective when using other types of herbal supplements so I decided to stick with it

I’ve been using vitex essential oils instead of pills in a diluted roller bottle. I’m breastfeeding and it helped bring my period back and it’s been super regular since starting the oils. I use them twice a day and I roll it on my lower stomach, lower back, inner thighs and right ankle.

I've heard soy isoflavonates and myo inositol help with ovulating, I stopped taking them for the time being but on another app I'm on there's hundreds of mommas that swear by it. 200mg of soy a day and 2,000mg of myo. Soy is to be used days 1-6 of your cycle and myo 2-7. Obviously, I'm not a doctor and I'm just relaying what I've read from other mommas that struggled to conceive and they wanted to use natural products before prescription drugs.
