Oregano Oil

I have a head cold, and my boss offered me 2 gel capsules of organic oregano oil. I read the label (he doesn't know I'm pregnant yet) and it said to consult a dr before taking if you are pregnant. It didn't say DO NOT TAKE WHILE PREGNANT!! I've been reading online on my lunch to see if they are okay for a pregnant person to take, and apparently oregano oil can cause miscarriages?!? I'm freaking out now! By my calculations (from my ovulation date, I have very long cycles) I'm about 3 weeks. I'm so worried something will happen because I took these capsules!
