im currently 13.3 weeks pregnant with nunber 2. my first i had this year is now 6 nonths and a week old! nervous already there going to be irish twins

Idk I'm freaking out! My sister is pregnant with her second about 13wks. So I sent her this app where you can hear the heart beat of your baby. Being silly my husband and I were like oh I should try it knowing we wouldn't hear anything. Well I tested my heart first and then on my stomach I tested it. And there was another heartbeat much faster then mine! Well I just had twins in April so the are only 6 months on Sunday. I'm nursing them both so I haven't gotten my period so I'm not sure when my cycle starts and ends. I took a test 2 weeks ago I think and it was clearly negative. We use the pull out method because I hate birth control. I know nothing is 100% but we have been careful. I'm going to take another text in the morning but I'm seriously freaking out! And I don't want to tell anyone but you guys cuz I need to tell someone before I burst into tears from excitement/anxiety. Sorry to write so much I was trying to figure out what group to post this in and then I say this question an thought I would share.

Sometimes I have baby fever but my doctor recommended waiting until I'm at least 1 year PP! So that's what we're doing!
