That's only true if you are high risk or a threatened miscarriage. I was on pelvic rest from 6 weeks till 14 weeks because of this. But for a healthy pregnancy it's not an issue.

That’s not true. I’m almost 37 weeks and still orgasm. Although this late in pregnancy I have painful contractions afterwards. Something to look forward to!
