What do you think??

So am I just being paranoid or is someone possibly stalking me or something? I keep receiving random calls that when I answer no one says anything to me and then just hangs up. It only happens when I am home, not my husband. When I sit alone in my living room at night I swear I can see someone moving outside of my home and my dog is always barking at the little sounds and at my front door like someone is there. Also only happens what I am alone. I went to get in the shower the other night and felt like I was being watched and something started moving the tree outside of my window and the wind was not blowing and I've never seen any animals near it. Also when I turn my TV off at night sometimes it just randomly turns itself back on when I get into bed. My husband is always sound asleep when it happens. I'm really starting to get freaked out. But maybe I'm just crazy and over thinking. I also hear foot steps in my house a lot when we sleep, we sleep with our door shut so they are in the hallway.
