If there's no egg being released at all the no, can't get pregnant. But if you're having unprotected sex outside of your fertile window, the chances are very slim but it's not impossible to get pregnant.

That's technically true you can't get pregnant unless your ovulating. But you are fertile for a whole week meaning that the cervical mucus in your vagina is sperm friendly and normally sperm can survive up to 5-7 days so if you have sex a couple days before your ovulation day you can still get pregnant. There's a few select days where your chances are basically zero but nothing's ever impossible so yeah.

No you can't you only can get pregnant for 24 hr on a certain day in your cycle but if you have sexy three days before that specific day the sperm can live up to five days and be there waiting to conceive so not you can't get pregnant unless it's short time frame which is why some people have a hard time conceiving or takes awhile
