Preseed or cm?

This seems like a silly question but I’m going to ask it anyway... I’ve been tracking my cm and this week we’ve been bd’ing with preseed for the first time and this morning I noticed what looked like ewcm but then I wondered if it was residual preseed/semen...? :-/ Is that possible or is it really cm?
