Weird period 🤔

So I thought my period started today. I started to get the symptoms and everything. Went to the bathroom and there it was. I use tampons. So when I went to change my tampon there was nothing on there. It had been maybe 2 hours since I went to the bathroom. Still have symptoms but I’m not bleeding. I’m confused!
