Bug bite blister??

Has anyone ever had a blister from a bug bite? Should I pop it or just let it be. The itching has gone down and it doesn’t look red and no pain. Got bitten some time last week and the blister remained consistent in size till this morning when it grew to this size. I blame it on “leg day” at the gym and maybe too much pressure/friction but idk. There’s black stuff around it cause I’ve been putting activated charcoal on it and it’s a bit messy and hard to take off. Thanks!
