What to give a 7 month old (Food)

Baby is 7 months almost 8 and he has nooo baby teeth what so ever I am so scared of introducing him food. I have given him Gerber but I am soo not creative with meal prepping or making foods for him without choking. What do you give your babies? Is it bad that I don't give him food everyday besides his breast milk? I feel like a bad mom

my LO is 8 months. i started making organic baby food at first. now i occasionally puree if we are eating a veggie but he eats what we eat now unless its something bad. he has 2 teeth though. i did try soft foods without teeth (banana, sweet potato and he absolutely loves avocado).  we did cottage cheese and yogurt at 6 months. i also have caved and done the organic pouches at times. hes on stage 3 and they're pretty thin. snacks i started with puffs and mummums.

You should complement with food once or twice everyday as breastmilk isn't enough after six months. For example it doesn't contain enough iron. Pureed and mashed food is great. You can do it yourself with carrots, potatoes, peas, etc.

I do BLW. Apple slices (peeled), steamed carrots, sweet potato fries (thick), banana, avocado, peaches, blueberries....

Purée foods. I get Earth's Best stage 2 foods. And you can get teething wafers. The ones that say "no teeth needed." We get the Munchable brand ones.
