Pregnant but now bleeding

Found out was pregnant back last Friday, today I started bleeding. No cramps or pain etc. I had this when I was pregnant with my boys but still worried as taken pregnancy test a min ago and it was very faint but I had a digital last week with pregnant. Feeling uneasy
