Husband not ready to have a baby

I'm starting to get the baby bug at 22. We can afford it for sure and have a house paid off. My husband is 6 years older but says he's worried he's not mature enough for the responsibility and feels like a big baby himself! I think most men are like that. What do you think I should do?
