I'm pregnant at 20

I love with my parents going to school full time working working part time. I have no degree no money. The father wants nothing to do with me. I'm so ashamed of what I did. I always wanted to be a mom but not now. Not like this. I never wanted to get an abortion but I feel I have to. What have I done
