What steps have you taken to help you ttc?

Has anyone had blood tests to detect infertility? Or fertility tablets to help them conceive? If not, what steps have you taken so far? What has worked for you?

I'm currently going through the process of the bloodwork & ultrasound to find out what's going on with my body. I see my OB/GYN next Tuesday to go over all the results, find out what's going on & see what's next.

I stopped smoking and slowed down on my drinking. I also tried to lose weight.

I don't feel like going the medication route yet. So I drink raspberry leaf tea, make sure I eat healthy, and this month me and my husband started taking Fertilaid and using Preseed. Oh I hope it works.....!

Thanks guys. Ive had a blood test and dr wants to talk hope its nothing major .. I dont want to try meds.. But prepared to try anything else.. Previously had a laporoscopy hope that hasnt made me infertile

Today I saw my dr and we r starting clomid Friday. 
I've had blood work, an HSG, my husband has had a sperm analysis and if clomid doesn't work this month we are starting the IUI process

By tracking my cm,bbt temp, and taking opk 's I feel it has made me very aware of my body and what it's going thru.

I used a home ovulation kit and it worked the second cycle I used it, had been ttc for 6 months prior to that.  Good luck!
