Am I the only one??

I'm 18 and have 2 kids with my second God who's now 5 months I experienced a lot of anxiety but is it just me or is it rude when someone (either your family member or partners family member or someone else) just walks up to you and either puts their hands out as in to say let me hold your baby or actually says let me hold him/her. I think someone should be offered I'd never ever dream of walking up to a family member or a friend and In a way demand to hold their baby!
