Is this it???

I was put on Metformin 2 weeks ago to kick my period back into normal. I haven't had one for 5 months. Is this finally it coming back?! Or at least look like it?? I've had very light spotting for a few days, very light pink and some small amounts of red. I just wiped and this was there.
