I know I sound crazy!....

So I know I sound like an idiot BUT I'm curious to know is it possible to still be pregnant even though I've started my period. I'm extremely neausead which doesn't happen, very sore and swollen boobs and a very sore back along with very vivid dreams. Just wondering if it is still possible? Please no rude comments
