Breastfeeding and drinking?

Question

I was wondering how bad it would be to have one or two mixed drinks with supper if I'm breastfeeding? She eats about every 2-3 hours. I don't want to do anything that could potentially harm my baby so any advice would be great! I'm not a huge drinker to begin with so I wouldn't be upset if I couldn't. Thank you in advance😊

you don't need to pump and dump. very little actually goes into breastmilk. if you're OK to drive, you're OK to feed is the general rule. 1 or 2 drinks won't hurt anything 😁

thry say have your drink while nursing ( or right br or right after) dont bother pumping if its only 2 drinks, baby will be fine!

Feed her pump a bit extra then drink a glass after by the next time she eats you won’t have it in your milk anymore. 
Or you can pump before you drink put it in the fridge and then dump the time your supposed to feed. 
Either way prepare a bit extra
