It appears that maybe you are not quite temping correctly.  It took me months to get it down to a science.  I've found that taking it at the same time every morning helps. So what i do is i set my alarm for 6am. When it goes off i hit SNOOZE FOR 5 MINUTES, I reach over,  get my thermometer and tske temp for FULL 5 MINUTES to get accurate readings. When the thermometer goes off its not necessarily done registering an accurate temp. So after my alarm goes off 5 minutes later i use that reading. Here is my chart.
