How many calories?
So I'm currently weighing in at 155. I would like to get down to 145. I workout at home a lil and eat as clean as possible. No soda and very rarely fast food. Lately I've been noticing that eating 1200 calories a day still leaves me quite hungry. I've done some research and to loose weight I would need to eat between 1090 to 1375. That's a pretty gap lol
Anyone have any advice or suggestions?
