6 week old teething?

What’s the earliest a baby can begin teething? I swear my six week old is acting like she is beginning to teethe but I feel like it’s much too soon for it. Any ideas on what else it could be? She’s drooling constantly and always sucking on her hands or my shoulder or something. She is very fussy and seems to be in pain. I feel so bad for my baby and don’t know how to help 😓

Some babies are born with teeth! So it's never too early for teething to begin, if you see a lot of chewing and fussing with their mouth and angry crying, tossing their head, drooling, it may indeed be sore gums. Try gently rubbing/massaging them with the pad of your finger and see if that calms or seems to help

6 weeks is a growth spurt week! They tend to want to cluster feed sucking on hands can mean hunger
