Long story short. My periods have always been irregular. (3-4xs a year) I'm 23, started birth control a few days ago. Mainly, to help regulate my periods and help ttc. Has anyone used birth control temporarily, got regular periods/ovulation and conceived?

Update: I realize taking birth control doesn't help get you pregnant. My question is, has BC helped anyone regulate their menstrual cycle? Eventually, getting off and ttc, and conceived successfully?
