21st birthday not expected

My fiancé decided to plan my 21st birthday coming up this month. I insisted on not to, and going on a trip, just us two but he said I only turn 21 once, so I agreed. The date is getting closer, and I just found out I'm pregnant (I was on birth control). The majority of my invites are family and very few friends. So you can imagine, I wasn't going to be cross faded in front of my family. I want to remember this special day.

After going thru a miscarriage earlier this year, god decided to bless us with a surprise. A surprise I gave him for our anniversary.

I, honestly wasn't expecting a baby so soon. Specially if I'm about to turn 21. I started going out more recently with my close friends and cousins, after working such a rough work schedule.

At a point now, I don't feel like this was a mistake, but why couldn't our blessing come later on this upcoming year.

Do you, young mommies feel like a part of you has been taken away after having a baby ? Do you sometimes get bored of being at home? Seeing your friends have fun? I'm only 2 months and I already feel like that. I won't be able to enjoy my birthday, just like I planned.
