vent/advice needed for assholes on weekends

I bought this house with my husband 2 years ago, we were told about the Chilli bar around the corner, but they have chilled out and aren't so noisy anymore, so we bought.

fast forward to now, it's the bloody clientele, that like to chill outside our house from 2 till 6 am, shouting, swearing, revving cars, speeding off, gathering for drinks, typically just being a bloody nuisance.

I've called the cops numerous times, they never come, I've thought about installing sprinklers, but I'm sure they would just kick them, and we also have water restrictions, so, no :( I wanted to get a BB gun, but my husband said that would deff cause trouble.

I've been in contact with a constable to do road blocks right outside on paydays, but he's so slack and sarcastic, it's like drawing blood from a stone. my home to raise a family has stressed me out :(( what to do!
