Is this a fake

I put my apartment on craigslist to sublease. This girl emailed me and sent this message twice from two different email addresses with names different then what she said her name was. I obviously really need to sublease my apartment and yesterday she emailed me two blank emails. Im confused and need some tips to maybe figure out if she is real or not ?
