So there's this guy in my biology class that I met this year. Hes really, really cute and he just turned 16 he's never dated any one and he's never had his first kiss, me being a freshman at 14. I feel like I stand no chance. I have a friend in the class who happens to be bisexual and shes a sophomore (15) she's called "dibs" on him but she also flirts with me and other guys, she's also voiced to me and the guy that she does drug (smokes weed) and sends nudes to guys, the guy seemed not comfortable with that. I told her that I really liked the guy in our biology class and she said she did too. I've never dated anyone, never have had my first kiss, and I don't know how to flirt to save my life. Shes been pulling moves on him and I think her interested in her because he flirts back.

Is it right for her to call "dibs" on him?

Do you think that it's unfair that she's been pulling moves when she knows I can't pull any?

Am I too young for him anyways?

She flirts with a bunch of other guys and girls (including me) is it okay if I still try to get his interest?
