Please don't get pets if you can't afford them

My friends cat had to be put down about a month ago because he got very ill and she wouldn't take him to the vets because she's struggling with money. I told her multiple times that she needed to take him because something looked seriously wrong. She waited two weeks to take him and got told his kidneys were shutting down, and he had to be put down.

She's just got another kitten knowing her last cat died because she couldn't afford a vet bill. She can't even afford flea treatment for her kitten! I'm honestly so mad at her selfishness right now😡

IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD A PET, DON'T GET ONE! It's extremely selfish.
