i NEED Advice

so after 1 miscarriage and 2 years of trying to concieve I finally got another positive pregnancy test. I have been going to my obgyn almost every week the past month . My LMP was 7/22. first Dr appointment was 8/28 I was told they weren't sure if I miscarried or was going to because my HCG was only 130 but they wanted to keep following up. I had a U/S that only showed a thickening in the uterus. 9/11 i had another U/S I was told they saw a g sac and my HCG was 9990... 9/22 they saw the yolk and said to go back for a follow up. went again 9/29 and there was no baby I was told I had to go next Friday and that more then like I had to get a procedure done becausethere was no baby yet ... I remember taking a ovulation test on 8/9. . it was Positive and me and my fiance did the baby danc. I'm so confused as to what to do now. should I wait and see if there's a heartbeat or proceed with the procedure ? has anyone had this same issue before ?
