trouble reaching climax ?

so me and my boyfriend recently broke up about a month and a half ago. i had wonderful orgasms with him and since then, i haven’t been able to reach an orgasm with other guys. even if the head is really good, its hard for my body to just reach climax. am i just in a rut? do i need to do it myself a few times just to get back in the groove of things?
