Severe cramps early pregnancy. Help

Went to the ER because of my crippling back pain. Turns out I am pregnant. I was also having severe cramping last night and I am again tonight. It feels as if I was having my period but worse because I rarely ever get cramps to begin with.

It’s one of those cramps where it feels like you have to do #2 really bad but I do not have to go! Is this normal? I’m not sure how far along I am, they believe about 2 weeks.

I took Tylenol since that’s the only thing he said I can take but i want to know if that is normal?

HCG level was a 127 so I’m not very far along. This is why I’m so worried
