It's okay to be a racist?

Okay little back ground I'm black my boyfriend is white. I love all ppl I don't give a fuck if you have green skin. We disagree on ALOT when it comes to the "racial war" that's going on. I don't like to call ppl racist bc I would hate to be called that if I wasn't. I've been working for the same company since 2014 but I just relocated and all my time working for this company I never said anyone was racist until now. One person rubbed me the wrong way the moment I met her. She treats me different one day my boyfriend came to pick me up and someone heard her say what makes her so special. Now like I said before I don't just go around throwing the race card. But I will state facts. This same lady just seems to be filled with hate. Nearly everytime a black persons walks in she tells us on on the head set to watch. I hate when ppl steal so the first couple of times I would look out then I saw a pattern and I don't want anything to do with racial profiling. I work for a BIG company. Anyone whose worked in retail you know you don't come out and say someone is stealing. You don't harass you "give them great customer service" when I tell you that 5 out of 7 ppl were watching this lady. And it wasn't the first time. Point to all this is my bf thinks the law shouldn't keep businesses from racial profiling bc it's a "slippery slope" and we shouldn't have a protected class in America "race, religion, or Sex perhaps etc"

He believes a place shouldn't have to allow someone to come in if they don't want to.

I hope I was making sense I needed to vent bc he just doesn't see anything wrong with this.
