Is this a surge on my bbt chart? Please help me better understand!
This seems like a fairly decent jump in my bbt, so if I were going off of just the chart, I would think I have already ovulated.... But I'm also taking OPKs, and I have not gotten a positive yet. I'm in my fertile window now according to the app, but I know each woman's body is different, so the app prediction isn't always right. I'm new to ovulation tracking, so any help is appreciated. What are your thoughts on this chart so far?
