Preseed? Premama? Mucinex? Pineapple?

I've been hearing a lot about these things when TTC.
I just bought Preseed and Premama, but interested in hearing more about Mucinex and pineapple.
What is the correct way to take Mucinex? And how would one go about eating the pineapple?🤷🏼‍♀️
Also, any experience with the Preseed and Premama?!

Gotten pregnant every time taking a mucus thinner (4 times). I did liquid robitussin or equivalent. One little cup full (the one that comes with it) in the morning after my period ended and through ovulation.

Tried preseed for the first time this cycle. Currently 4days late for AF haven't tested yet. I'll let you know the outcome
