17 dpo what's going on

Ok ladies I have to turn to y'all for some help here; I've having an issue last night I swore I got a vvvfl this morning when I tested (hadn't peed for about 5 hours) my test was negative. last night I was thinking it was a sick joke by the devil and just knew I had to be seeing things well this morning it's completely negative. What should I do just move on and act like I never seen last nights??
