I really need some TTC advice

We are unexplained infertility. Not a damn thing wrong with us. Bloodwork perfect, HSG perfect, endometrial biopsy perfect, semen analysis perfect and I ovulate on my own. I'm in the TWW of my second IUI with femera and trigger. I'm very frustrated and idk what the next step should be. I'm calling tomorrow to schedule a consult with my doctor. Idk if we should try a few more IUI with femera, try injectable and IUI or start the discussion of IVF. IVF will be out of pocket so I'm sure we can't even afford it. Please please give me some advice on what to do next. IUI is covered 80% so I only pay like $150 each time for everything.
