I need advice....Tdap and Grandparents

So I just had my tdap shot and my ob recommends that anyone that will be around the baby for long periods of time to also get the tdap. My husband's parents will be watching our daughter once I go back to work, but my mother in law is refusing to get the shot. Has anyone else dealt with this? Just wanting your thoughts/advice....
